1. How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order using our Track Your Order page.
Simply enter your tracking number to view the most recent updates on your shipment’s status.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:

. American Express (AMEX)
. Apple Pay
. Google Pay
. PayPal
Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery (COD).
3. How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority.
When you make a purchase through BSUBSU.com, your payment information is entered on a SSL-secure webpage.
Your data is then encrypted and securely transmitted to our payment provider for authorization.
We do not store or access your credit card details on our servers.
4. When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
5. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
Unfortunately, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. What should I do if I have missing items in my order?
If you notice that an item is missing from your package, please contact us immediately at

We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your card is issued in another currency, your total will be converted based on your bank’s current daily exchange rate when the transaction is processed.
8. How do I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please reach out to us immediately at contact@bsubsu.com if you need to cancel or change your order.
Please note:
. A 30% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations after an order has been placed.
. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If an order is declined or canceled, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to revise your shipping address.
Please ensure that your address is accurate and up-to-date before completing your purchase.
We recommend using your residential address instead of a vacation or temporary address, as customs processing times may vary.
